My Services
Talks & Workshops
These are for the people who’ve spent years feeling “too much,” “not enough,” or simply exhausted by the noise in their own heads.
I don’t do polite awareness sessions.
I create honest, energising, laugh-a-bit, maybe-cry-a-bit experiences that help people finally feel seen, understood and less alone.
Through raw storytelling, lived experience, humour, and practical tools, I talk about overwhelm, emotional intensity, and the crushing weight of unfulfilled potential, but also the hidden strengths and value
of a differently-wired mind.
Every session gives people a new language for their inner world, providing inspiration and motivation that stays with them long after.
Talks and workshops can be tailored to your audience.
Costs from £200 half-day, depending on level of planning and preparation required.
Coaching
My role is simple: to support you in achieving your goals and ambitions.
I can offer 1-2-1 video sessions, appointments in person, or walking coaching. Whichever you choose, I offer a safe, confidential space to invest in yourself, where you will be supported every step of the way.
Whatever challenges or goals you bring to our sessions, we will work in partnership to find a way forward, working with your ADHD, rather than against it, working on your future, while learning from your past.
As a mental health and well-being coach with ADHD, I guarantee you warm, light-hearted sessions where you’ll always feel understood.
If you are in employment, costs can often be covered by the Access to Work programme. We can explore this over the phone, so let’s set up a free 30 minute discovery call.
Costs £100 per week (includes 1 hour coaching session, session recording, motivational session notes and a personal check-in).
Never let costs be a barrier to calling me.
Access to Work Funding

You may be entitled to a government grant that covers the cost of support, including equipment and coaching. I have proven success in Access to Work applications, can help you with the application and guide you through the entire process for a successful outcome.

Consultancy/Advisory Work
Sometimes organisations need someone outside the walls, someone staff can actually open up to, without fear, filters or office politics.
That’s where I come in.
I help teams make sense of the real human challenges affecting mental health, engagement and performance: overwhelm, emotional load, burnout, communication struggles, masking, and the hidden pressures that never show up in HR reports.
Through honest conversations, lived experience, and a strengths-focused approach, I give leaders and teams the insight they need to
support their people better, so they can genuinely thrive
The result?
Happier staff, stronger relationships, improved productivity and a culture that feels safer, healthier and more human.
Costs from £100 per hour
